RECOMMENDED USAGE
Apply on chest, upper back between shoulder blades, and soles of feet at first sign of: allergies, cough, cold, tickle in throat, congestion or mucous.
Inhale from bottle waving bottle back and forth 2-3 inches away from nose.
Place 1-2 drops in palm of hand and rub hands together; cupping hands over nose, breath in slowly and deeply.
Use with diffuser applying 7-8 drops.

HOW I USE
At the first sign of anything, I mean like anything in my throat, ears, nose, or maybe i have a little fever, or i started coughing bc of the tickle in my throat, or I notice I have too much phlegm building up, I ALWAYS go and turn on the diffuser, put about 10-15 drops and i apply about 5 drops in my hand with some body butter and rub it on my chest and throat. I then go and take Force Blend Internal and I wait for God to deliver me. And I can say, He always does. But yes, diffuser, chest and throat application, and ingestion with Internal Blend.
