FORCE BLEND is a blend of EO that targets sinus congestion, allergies, mucous, cough &cold, sore throat and fever by boosting: Immune and Respiratory systems with antiviral, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, detoxifying and energy boosting properties.
With the High Blood Pressure blend, you have the opportunity to target all the same things without the fear of taking something that may increase your blood pressure. This blend actually has the oils that lower blood pressure at higher doses to succesfully keep your blood pressure controlled.

RECOMMENDED USAGE
Take 2-4 drops every 4 hrs with Honey at first sign of symptoms, and continue until symptoms subside.
Apply on chest, upper back between shoulder blades, and soles of feet at first sign of: allergies, cough, cold, tickle in throat, congestion or mucous.
Inhale from bottle waving bottle back and forth 2-3 inches away from nose.
Place 1-2 drops in palm of hand and rub hands together; cupping hands over nose, breath in slowly and deeply.
Use with diffuser applying 7-8 drops.

HOW I USE
The one that uses this blend most consistently is my dear mother. She uses it by adding 3-4 drops to her tea of Echnicaea Plus, or along with our "Stop in Your Tracks" Elixer that consists of: purple onions, garlic, radishes, ginger, turmeric, lemon and honey.
When I personally use this, I tend to use it when the standard symptoms are accompanied with a headache. I do this bc many times, headaches are accompanied by an increase in blood pressure. So i take it just to be prudent. And, i love it.
